When development, education, sanitation, and employment opportunities increase in villages, the entire state of Odisha moves forward. The strength and prosperity of villages therefore form the primary foundation for building a developed Odisha.
To strengthen rural infrastructure and accelerate the overall development of the state, the Government has launched a welfare scheme called “Bikasita Gaon ,Bikashita Odisha.”

The main objective of this scheme is to accelerate the development of rural infrastructure in Odisha through the implementation of various development projects.
